HOW TO DEPRESSURIZE YOUR BOGNER COOKER
Once the cooking time is over, you must remove your Bogner pressure cooker from the stove and place it on a flat and stable surface. Let it rest for 1 or 2 minutes and then place the marking of your valve on the cloud icon. When you do this, your Bogner will begin to expel all the pressure through the valve and when the pressure sensor goes down, it will be ready to open.
